The Indiana Health Information Management Association will be the recognized leader in Health Information Management for the state of Indiana.

Industry Leadership

• Advance knowledge of e-HIM, PHRs, HIE, and IT
• Advocate adherence to professional standards
• Advocate patient privacy rights and confidentiality of health information
• Influence public and private policies
• Advance collaborations with other professional organizations

• Provide mechanisms to exchange relevant information within our membership on a timely basis
