**The 2020 IHIMA Annual Meeting & Exhibit has been postponed.**

The IHIMA Executive Board has been carefully monitoring and discussing the coronavirus situation. After careful consideration, the Board has made the decision to postpone the 72nd IHIMA Annual Meeting & Exhibit scheduled for April 20th - 21st at Embassy Suites and Conference Center in Noblesville, IN.

Over the past few days, several things have happened which has brought us to the difficult decision to postpone this event:

  • Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Indiana
  • A state of emergency has been declared by Governor Holcomb
  • Employers are prohibiting employee travel and prohibiting employee’s attendance at conferences
  • Companies not being permitted to exhibit at conferences

The IHIMA Annual Meeting & Exhibit is being postponed to September 28-29, 2020. The conference will still be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center in Noblesville, IN.

All currently registered participants will have their registration roll to the new dates, if any registrant is unable to attend the conference in September, a full refund will be issued upon request. For those not yet signed up, registration will remain open for participants to sign up for the September date. If you must cancel, please complete this online cancellation form.

**Embassy Suites will cancel all rooms booked under the IHIMA room block. It is your responsibility to cancel hotel reservations not reserved under the IHIMA room block. Please contact Embassy Suites if you are unsure about your reservation. A new hotel reservation link will be available after April 1, 2020 for the September meeting.**
