2021 IHIMA Annual Meeting Attendee Information

Date:  Monday, June 7, 2021 7:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. EDT
Location:  Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center, 13700 Conference Center Drive South, Noblesville, IN 46060
CEUs: 16 for in-person registrants(1 CEU for Exhibit Hall) | 15 for virtual registrants.  All in-person registrants will receive CEUs for the live presentations attended.  All virtual registrants will join live sessions via a Zoom link provided in LMS.  To earn the additional CEUs all registrants must listen to the remaining recorded sessions via LMS.   All sessions will be recorded and available for future on-demand playback.  

Any in-person registrant that tests positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of the meeting will be required to transfer their registration to virtual.  Please do not attend the in-person meeting if you have any symptoms related to COVID-19 or have come in contact with anyone that has tested positive or has symptoms.  Please contact the central office if you need to convert your registration type.  

Cancellation/Refund Policy:  100% refund if registration is cancelled on or before May 23, 2021. Cancellation Request 

All in-person registrants will be eligible for door prizes.

All sessions will be recorded and available after June 14, 2021.  All registrants will receive access to all recorded sessions.  You may watch sessions on the same day or over multiple days. 
All sessions will close on September 30, 2021.
