Corporate Partner Directory
Your company will be included in the Corporate Partner Directory which includes your organization logo, a link to your company website, and a brief description of your company’s products and/or services valuable to IHIMA.

Exhibit Booth Pre-Selection Priority
As a Corporate Partner, you will have pre-selection priority for the upcoming IHIMA Annual Meeting & Exhibit. You will be contacted prior to the initial outreach for annual meeting exhibitors. Corporate Partners select ahead of non-partners.

Exhibit Booth Discount
Corporate Partners receive a $100.00 discount off their exhibit booth at the IHIMA Annual Meeting & Exhibit and will receive exhibitor information prior to general vendor communication.

Corporate Partner Acknowledgments
Each new Corporate Partner will be added to the Corporate Partner Directory on our website. A list of Corporate Partners is published in the monthly IHIMA E-Alert and in the IHIMA Annual Meeting & Exhibit program materials. A directory of Corporate Partners is also displayed on signage at the IHIMA Annual Meeting & Exhibit.

How to Apply
Submit the Corporate Partner Application. The application should identify the primary contact assigned by the company and include all requested items. If paying by check, make check payable to: Indiana Health Information Management Association, and mail to IHIMA, P.O. Box 541, Plainfield, IN 46168. Corporate Partner annual fees are $500 per year (anniversary based).  CLICK HERE to apply or use the QR code.
